Using Zoom Before and During Your Lesson (Web & Mobile)

Steps to Join your lessons via Zoom: 

1. Schedule Your Lesson. Book a lesson via the EnglishCentral website or mobile app. If the lesson is set to use Zoom, it will be clearly labeled.
2. Access the Lesson. You can access the lesson up to 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
3. Start Your Lesson. Click or tap the “Start Your Lesson” button. This will open a new tab, then:
   • Allow you to join directly via your browser, or
   • Redirect you to the Zoom site/app to download and install Zoom.
     Tip: We recommend downloading the Zoom app for optimal performance.
4. Join the Zoom Classroom. You will be connected as a participant in the Zoom classroom. The session will begin and may be recorded automatically for your future reference.
