Go to your account page by putting your cursor in the top right corner where your profile photo is located then click “Profile and Settings.”

In General tab, this is where you can:

• Change your profile photo.
• Modify your name and email address.
• Reset your password. If you are unable to log in, you can also reset your password by going here or contact us so that we can reset the password for you.
• Set your level.
• Change your Native Language and Country of Residence.
• Select your study path to meet your English learning goals.

Additionally, you can enable or disable tutor substitution, showing your account on the rankings page and keeping session recordings.

You can deactivate your account from this page by clicking on "Delete my account." Should you wish to reactivate your account, please contact us.
