I entered the wrong account (email address) for the access code.

Access codes can only be used once per account. Otherwise, your account will be locked. 

If you are unable to use your account after entering your access code, or if you have used the access code in multiple emails, please contact us and provide the following:

  • School name
  • Class name and class URL
  • Your teacher’s email address
  • Your 12-digit access code 
  • Email account that you used to register
  • Your correct email account
